Description at Time of Disappearance: 

Age: 30 Years Old 

Height/Build: 5'7", stocky build

Hair: Short-cropped, light brown hair

Eyes: Hazel

Clothing: Blue budweiser T-shirt, tracksuit bottoms, and trainers

Circumstances of Disappearance: 

On the 24th January 1998, James left his girlfriends house to meet a friend in Rainham, Essex. He had a silver mercedes 190E saloon car, with lowered suspension and a loud music system which was later found abandoned in Bexley Gardens off Barley Lane, near King George Hospital, in Goodmayes, Ilford. He never returned home and his dissapearance was reported to be out of character.
