Description at Time of Disappearance: 

Age: 14 Years Old

Height/Build: Slim, 5'1", (155cm) 

Hair: Straight, Brown, Shoulder-Length

Eyes: Blue

Clothing: Dark jeans with a gold-eagle design on the front; black long-sleeve shirt with white-diamond pattern; black boots. 

Circumstances of Disappearance: 

Charlene spent part of the day with her sister, then met up with friends later. At about 9:30pm, she was at the Carousel Bar on the North Pier. She parted company with a friend around 11pm near Talbot Road / Abingdon Street in Blackpool Town Centre. This is the last confirmed sighting.
