Age: 51 Years Old

Height/Build: 5'4", Slim build

Hair: Brown, shoulder-length; often worn as a ponytail

Eyes: N/A

Clothing: Khaki parka-style coat with grey fur trim on hood, blue jeans, black and white speckled trainers, black handbag with shoulder strap

Circumstances of Disappearance: 

On the 4th January 2021, Carol was seen on CCTV in a convenience store on Rodney Street, Birkenhead. She had bought a litre bottle of vodka and a pack of cigarettes, then walked towards Birkenhead Central Station. Her disappearance is considered out of character and her family have expressed ongoing worry.
